Construction of a new state-of-the-art studio and headquarters
complex for TVB on a 9 hectare site on the Tseung Kwan
O Industrial Estate. The fast-track project involves construction
of 118,000 square metres of studios, offices, workshops
and catering facilities, as well as 54,000 square metres
of external works. The works are to be completed in phases
for partial occupation and delivery within a two year
period.
